Psychotherapy and Coaching for Healing, Support, and Growth

Santa Monica and via Telehealth (California)

I support people through navigating life’s challenging times.

Brandon Gross - Psychotherapist in Santa Monica

Our lives can be filled with challenges, however, the process of healing and finding our way does not need to be done alone.

If you’re reading this, I imagine you, or somebody you are closely connected to is seeking a change. Together, we can create a safe space to explore old patterns and create new pathways towards wellbeing.

I believe in the power of transformation through a holistic (treating the whole person, not just symptoms) and mindfulness-centered approach.

Hi, I’m Brandon

I approach this work with passion, curiosity and life experience.

I am a storyteller and empathic listener trained to help you make sense of your own story and connect more deeply with your inner wisdom.

In our work together, we’ll start by getting clear about what it is that you are seeking.

I work relationally, meaning, I won’t just give you a bunch of homework. I get dirty and in the muck with you to help you explore your core patterns. And then we reflect on ways you can change the patterns that no longer serve you.

My approach is holistic, and by this I mean, I work to understand you as a whole person, not just your childhood (though that will be a part!), and not just your thoughts (though that is a big part!), but also somatically (how you store “stuff” in your body.)

I invite you to book a complimentary consultation and we can explore if this is a fit for you.
